I'm sitting here on a box (stealing somebody's wireless internet) still not believing that I'm in my new house. I wanted to thank the three of you for all the effort you put into making this happen. I know there were a few hiccups and a couple battles back and forth with the seller and her agent. Although you've probably dealt with worse, I personally have not. But I am glad that I had the good guys on my side to get things squared away down the stretch. In the end everything worked out great, just like you assured me they would time and time again. So in honor of that I must raise a glass of chilled Crown Royal and make an e-toast to the hardest working, most honest, and all around greatest real estate team around. Unfortunately, I'm too busy with work to get anything situated for at least a couple of weeks. But when I do, you're all coming over for a real drink and Chinese food made by mom. Your dedication and desire to make this experience go smoothly for me will long go appreciated. Thanks again!
